Details: Job Classification: ContractPurpose:Modis has partnered with a leading telecommunications provider to add staff at their regional office. We are currently scheduling interviews for call center positions. These are contract positions and are scheduled to last 3 months +. You may have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions once the contract is complete so this could turn into a long-term opportunity based on your attendance, punctuality and on the job performance.To be considered for this opportunity you must have previous call center experience and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. In addition you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to grasp new programs very quickly. This is a very dynamic customer service position and more demanding than most so if you are not up for a challenge, please do not apply.This position pays $10/hr and you will be scheduled 40 hours per week. The hours/shifts can vary and you must be available to work between 8am – 10pm 7 days a week.
